I want to make a Infobox about alternative countries2601:601:D481:8140:15A0:698A:11E:305E (talk) 23:18, 13 July 2024 (UTC)
Not done: it's not clear what changes you want to be made. Please mention the specific changes in a "change X to Y" format and provide a reliable source if appropriate. Largoplazo (talk) 00:53, 14 July 2024 (UTC)
Europe
[edit]@Are2The2: Please make your case on the talk page first. The body states that part of Kazakhstan is in Europe and this is supported by current sourcing. We cannot write that it is only sometimes considered to be partly in Europe in the lead when the rest of the article does not say this. To claim that most sources do not consider Kazakhstan to be partly in Europe requires a good amount of evidence.
I have reverted you already and you were earlier reverted by User:Beshogur. Please refrain from restoring your changes. Mellk (talk) 14:40, 11 October 2024 (UTC)

In the political system section, there is a line: "sixteen principal administrative divisions (fourteen regions plus the cities of Astana, Almaty, and Şymkent)." That is an obvious mistake. It must be either seventeen or twenty in total, not sixteen, especially considering that in the administrative divisions section, there are 17 regions and 3 towns. 2.133.185.121 (talk) 15:20, 9 November 2024 (UTC)

- You don't need a reliable source to prove that 14 + 3 isn't 16 and that the sentence is therefore incorrect. Largoplazo (talk) 21:49, 9 November 2024 (UTC)

Self-trout for not looking at the article's sources—or even the article—before replying, but, two, the existing source mentioning regions claims there are indeed only 16 regions (
14 regions (oblasts) and 2 'cities of republican significance'
).[1] Yes, you do not need a RS to do basic math (and yes I should've looked at the article), but the 16 figure is the correct one.— Preceding unsigned comment added by DaZyzzogetonsGotDaLastWord (talk • contribs) 22:29, 9 November 2024 (UTC)- There are 17 regions and 3 cities of national importance. That is 20 in total. Your reference is too old and doesn't include 3 new regions added in 2022 as well as the status of Shymkent as a city of national importance granted in 2018. 2.72.147.212 (talk) 19:50, 10 November 2024 (UTC)

Anthem change
[edit]Instead of the 2009 U.S. Navy Band instrumental version (with final chorus repeat), the 2006 official orchestral and male/choral vocal recording (with final chorus repeat) should be used. TadaMagic (talk) 20:59, 15 February 2025 (UTC)
